hoisin lime sauce

MeasureIngredient
½ cup Minced shallots
½ cup Canola oil
¼ cup Minced garlic
1 cup Hoisin
½ cup Fresh lime juice
½ cup Chopped candied ginger
1 teaspoon Freshly-ground white pepper
½ teaspoon Salt

Saute shallots and garlic in 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Add hoisin and saute. Add juice, ginger and white pepper. In a blender, puree all. With blender running, slowly add remaining oil until smooth. Check for seasoning.
