Hershey's syrup truffle brownies

Yield: 36 brownies

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Butter or margarine, softened (2 sticks)
1¾ cup Sugar
3 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ cup HERSHEY'S Syrup (16 oz cn)
1¼ cup All-purpose flour
½ cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Coarsely chopped nuts (opt)
½ cup HERSHEY'S CandyBar Sprinkles

Heat oven to 350'F. Grease 13x9x2" baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add syrup; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa and baking soda; gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes; top with HERSHEY'S Candy Bar Sprinkles. Bake additional 10-15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into bars.
