Herbed spinach bake

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Frozen chopped spinach,
\N \N (10 oz) cooked and drained
2 cups Cooked rice
2 cups Shredded American Cheese
4 \N Eggs, beaten
¼ cup Melted butter
⅔ cup Milk
½ cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Rosemary leaves
