½ cup OLIVE OIL
1 each STRIP LEMON PEEL
2 eaches CLOVES GARLIC, SLICED
2 teaspoons ROSEMARY FRESH CHOPPED
½ teaspoon RED PEPPER FLAKES

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE 15 SECOND ON HIGH, COOL. REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT. BRING TO ROOM TEMPURATURE BEFORE SERVING.
