Heavenly wings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Chicken wings
1 cup Tamari soy sauce
4 packs Sweetener
½ cup White wine (or water)
2 \N Cloves garlic; mashed
¼ cup Oil
½ teaspoon Ground ginger

(Yes, there really are some of us out here:) If you're old enough, this is probably the way your mother *used* to cook. Happy Lowcarbing and Bon Appetit! Wash wings and pat dry. Cut pieces at joints discarding wing tips. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place wings in shallow baking dish, careful not to crowd. Pour sauce on wings. Marinade overnight in refrig.

Leave marinade in pan and bake wings at 325 degrees F. (163 degrees C.) for 1½ hours.
