1 cup Brown rice
½ cup Bulgur
16 ounces Chickpeas; canned
4 ounces Chili peppers; canned, diced
8 ounces String beans
12 ounces Corn
16 ounces Stewed tomatoes (up to)
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 dash Tabasco sauce
