| ½ cup | Egg substitue, beaten |
| 1 cup | Low-fat buttermilk |
| 1 teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add milk, egg substitue, and oil. Pour into muffin tins that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 until golden brown on top.
