| ¾ | cup | Low-fat milk |
| 1 | cup | Low-fat yoghurt |
| ¾ | cup | Apple sauce |
| 2 | cups | Wholemeal flour |
| ½ | cup | Rolled oats |
| ½ | cup | Oat bran |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ½ | cup | Chopped apricots |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350øF, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add milk, yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
