healthy heart muffins

Egg whites
¾ cup Low-fat milk
1 cup Low-fat yoghurt
¾ cup Apple sauce
2 cups Wholemeal flour
½ cup Rolled oats
½ cup Oat bran
3 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Chopped apricots

Preheat oven to 350øF, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add milk, yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
