Hazelnut macaroons

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg whites
50 grams Raw sugar
100 grams Ground hazelnuts
24 \N Whole hazelnuts (shelled)

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Fold in the grated hazelnuts. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased, floured baking sheet. Top each with a whole hazelnut. Bake at 200 degrees Centigrade about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
