| 1 cup | Milk |
| ½ cup | Corn syrup |
| 3 ounces | Unsweetened chocolate |
| 1 cup | Butter |
| 2 teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1 cup | Oregon hazelnuts |
Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238. Pour into mixing bowl; add vanilla; cool 15 minutes. Beat until thick. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered pan.
