½ cup | Brown sugar |
⅓ cup | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |
⅓ cup | Chopped green pepper |
13½ ounce | Can of crushed pineapple |
Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, ginger, salt, egg, and milk and make into 1 inch balls. Brown and place in a baking dish. Mix cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add crushed pineapple plus juice.
