| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Diced oranges (about 3) |
| ½ cup | Sugar |
| 1 cup | Orange juice and water |
| 1 pack | (3-oz) orange gelatin |
| 1 cup | Hot water |
| 1 tablespoon | Grated orange rind |
| 3 tablespoons | Chopped maraschino cherries |
| 1 cup | Pineapple tidbits; drained, cut in half |
Comi=bine orange and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain and add water to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add orange juice, water and orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in fruits. Pour into 1-½ quart mold or individual molds. Garnish with sweetened whippen cream, coconut, cut cherries and mint leaves, if desired.
