|1 cup||Diced oranges (about 3)|
|1 cup||Orange juice and water|
|1 pack||(3-oz) orange gelatin|
|1 cup||Hot water|
|1 tablespoon||Grated orange rind|
|3 tablespoons||Chopped maraschino cherries|
|1 cup||Pineapple tidbits; drained, cut in half|
Comi=bine orange and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain and add water to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add orange juice, water and orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in fruits. Pour into 1-½ quart mold or individual molds. Garnish with sweetened whippen cream, coconut, cut cherries and mint leaves, if desired.
