Hawaiian fruit crumble

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Tart apples; sliced, pared
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 can (8 3/4 oz) crushed pineapple, drained, (2c)
1 pounds Whole cranberry sauce; canned
1 cup Quick-cooking rolled oats
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ cup All purpose flour; sifted
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 dash Salt
⅓ cup Butter; or margarine

This is in honor of our fearless leader. <hugs> Mary :) I like the idea of using a combination of apple, pineapple, and cranberry sauce. Source: America's Favorite Recipes from Better Homes and Gardens.

Toss apple slices with lemon juice; place in 10 x 6 x 1½-inch baking dish. Spoon pineapple evenly over apples, then cover with cranberry sauce.

For topping, mix next 5 ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 350 F, 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.
