Harvest vegetables with swiss cheese sauce

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N This mild creamy sauce compliments almost any
¼ cup Butter or margarine
¼ cup All purpose flour
2 cups Milk
1 cup Grated swiss cheese
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Salt vegetable.
8 cups Steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans,
\N \N Etc)
\N gram Swiss cheese

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheeses and salt. Stir until melted. Pour over hot vegetables and top with additional swiss cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 servings.
