| Measure | Ingredient |

| 20 ounces | Spinach, chopped; frozen |
| ½ cup | Onion; chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | Butter (or marg.); melted |
| ⅔ cup | Catsup |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ cup | Cheese, Cheddar; shredded |
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
