|20 ounces||Spinach, chopped; frozen|
|½ cup||Onion; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Butter (or marg.); melted|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Chili powder|
|¼ cup||Cheese, Cheddar; shredded|
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
