1 cup | Onions; chopped |
1 pounds | Lean ground beef |
2 tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire |
1 \N | (9-10 inch) unbaked pie shell |
2 tablespoons | Catsup or chili sauce |
2 tablespoons | Flour |
1 cup | Cottage cheese |
1 cup | Sour cream |
2 \N | Eggs; slightly beaten |
\N \N | Paprika |
\N \N | Chopped parsley or chives |
Cook onions and beef in butter about 5 minutes, breaking up meat with a fork. Stir in next five (5) ingredients. Turn meat into pie shell. Blend together cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs; pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with paprika and parsley or chives. Serves 6.
