Hamburger eggroll

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hamburger, cook and drain
2 \N Eggs
2 cups Cabbage, sliced fine
1 can Bean sprouts
2 \N Jars of mushroom slices 2oz.
¼ \N Bell pepper, chopped
6 \N Water chesnuts, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Accent

Mix and place desired amount on eggroll wrapper. Deep fry until golden brown. Randy Rigg
