|4 eaches||Ham steaks or slices, about 1/2 inch thick|
|Stove top stuffing, or homemade leftover stuffing|
|2 mediums||Zucchini, chopped|
|½ each||Red pepper, chopped|
|½ cup||Honey mustard|
In large greased baking dish, place two ham steaks. Brush ham with honey mustard sauce. Add the zucchini and pepper to stuffing. Layer stuffing on top of both ham steaks. Place remaining ham slices on top of stuffing, and pat down slightly. Brush top of ham slices with more honey mustard. Bake in a 325F oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until sauce is nicely browned, and ham and stuffing are hot. Honey mustard can be used to baste ham steaks during the cooking process if desired. Cut into halves or quarters to serve. Make 2 large, 4 medium or 8 small servings. Origin: Adapted from What's Cooking, 14th issue. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Nov/95.
