Ham pate en croute

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Butter or margarine; softened
2 cups Ground cooked ham
1 tablespoon Grated onion
1 teaspoon Grated garlic
3 tablespoons Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Chopped chives
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 \N Loaf French bread

Cream butter & ham slowly. Add other ingredients. Stuff in bread which has been hollowed out. Chill several hours before slicing.
