Ham loaf #3

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground lean pork
2 pounds Ground smoked ham
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Minced onion
1½ cup Sugar
½ cup Water
½ cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard

Mix pork and ham. Add bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Mix thoroughly.

Form into a loaf. To make sauce, blend brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard. Bake ham loaf at 325ø for 2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.

Serve with remaining sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
