Ham loaf #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground raw ham
½ pounds Ground pork
½ pounds Ground beef
1 cup Cracker crumbs
2 \N Eggs
1½ cup Milk
½ can (10.75-oz) tomato soup
½ cup Beef bouillon
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Prepared mustard
½ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Butter
3 \N Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Flour

Mix meats well; add crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into loaf pan and top with soup. Bake at 350 for 1-½ hours. Cook remaining ingredients on low heat (or in double boiler) until thick. Serve with ham loaf.
