|¼ cup||Onion; chopped|
|1 cup||Diced; cooked ham|
|1 can||Cut okra or 1/2 lb fresh okra|

Lightly brown bacon and tear into pieces. Lightly brown onions. Add all ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes. If fresh okra is used, cook mixture until okra is done, about 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
