Ham 'n cheese french toast

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Ham
4 slices Cheese
8 slices Bread, raisin (day-old)
2 \N Eggs; beaten
½ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Mustard, dry
\N \N Butter (or marg.)

Place a slice of ham and a cheese slice between 2 slices raisin bread.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard in a bowl. Heat butter on griddle; dip each sandwich in egg mixture and cook on hot griddle until bread is lightly browned on both sides and cheese has melted.
