Halibut cocktail

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Cooked halibut; flaked
½ cup Chili sauce
1 tablespoon Prepared white horseradish
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
4 \N Lettuce leaves; shredded

Chill halibut for several hours. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, to make sauce. Chill. Arrange fish on lettuce in chilled cocktail glasses. Top with sauce. Serve very cold. This recipe serves 4.
