Measure | Ingredient |

2 teaspoons | Fresh lime OR lemon juice |
¼ cup | Sour cream (optional) |
1 small | Clove garlic, crushed |
1 small | Tomato diced |
1 \N | Canned jalapeno, seeded and |
\N \N | Finely chopped (optional) |
¼ cup | Onion, finely minced |
Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork.
Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during storage.
