Guacamole - standard

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Ripe avocados
2 teaspoons Fresh lime OR lemon juice
¼ cup Sour cream (optional)
1 small Clove garlic, crushed
1 small Tomato diced
1 \N Canned jalapeno, seeded and
\N \N Finely chopped (optional)
¼ cup Onion, finely minced

Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork.

Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during storage.
