Grits and cheddar cheese souffle`

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sharp Cheddar Cheese --
\N \N Grated
1 cup Corn Grits -- uncooked
½ cup Margarine
3 teaspoons Salt
3 larges Eggs -- beaten

Cook grits according to instructions on package until smooth. Add the cheese and margarine and cool slightly. Add salt and carefully add the beaten eggs. Bake 1 hour in 300 F oven.
