Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Fresh tuna; ground |
4 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
1 teaspoon | Cayenne |
1 tablespoon | Brown mustard |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
Mix everyting and make into 3 patties. Grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side. They should be reddish/pink on the inside. Serve on a bun with a slice of sweet or red onion, lettuce and habanero-cilantro-lime mayo.
