Grilled teriyaki lamb chops

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Lamb chops (rib, loin or shoulder)
½ cup Kikkoman teriyaki marinade and sauce
3 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Dry white wine
2 eaches Garlic cloves, pressed
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional)

Mix together ingredients, marinate chops 45 minutes. Turn chops occasionally. Reserving marinade, remove chops; place on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals. Cook 5 minutes on each side (for medium rare), or to desired doneness. Turn over and brush occasionally with reserved marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
