| Measure | Ingredient |

| ¼ cup | Lemon juice |
| 2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | Cloves minced garlic |
Mix all ingredients and use to marinate 1½ lb of fish for 1 to 2 hours. Grill in a basket over charcoal until fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon slices. (I like cod fillets best.)
