Herring fillets
Orange
  Half a lemon
2 ounces Breadcrumbs
  Oil
  Salt and pepper

Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon over the herring fillets, leave to marinade for 1 hour. Turn grill on full. Drain the fillets, place on grill tray and top with breadcrumbs. Season and brush with small amount of oil, grill for 6 to 7 mins. Serve with green salad.
