|¼ cup||Apricot preserves -- or plum|
|1 tablespoon||Mustard -- prepared|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|⅛ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|1 each||Ham steak -- 2 lbs l in.|
In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat until thoroughly combined, about 2-3 min. Score fat edges of ham. Grill over med. coals for 8-10 min. per side, brushing with glaze during the last few min. of grilling. Yield: 6 servings.
