16 cups Torn romaine lettuce
Cucumber; sliced
Green onions; sliced
¼ cup Minced fresh dill

Combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. For dressing, whisk together ½ cup, plus 1 Tbls olive oil; 6 Tbls fresh lemon juice; 1 tsp minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
