| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 can | (16-oz) seasoned; french-style green beans; drained |
| 1 can | (16-oz) tiny English peas; drained |
| 1 can | (16-oz) Chinese vegetables; drained |
| 1½ cup | Chopped celery |
| 1 medium | Onion; sliced and separated into rings |
| ¾ cup | Sugar |
| ¾ cup | Vinegar |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Mix all ingredients together and let stand overnight. Will keep several days.
