Green pepper curry

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Green Pepper
¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
⅛ teaspoon Turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Dhania powder
1 tablespoon Coconut flakes
1 teaspoon Khus Khus [poppy seeds]
1 bunch Fresh Corriander leaves
2 smalls Tomatoes
2 \N Onions
2 tablespoons Oil
1 small Piece Vadium
1¼ teaspoon Salt

1. Cut the green peppers, onion and tomatoes lengthwise 2. Grind chilli-powder, turmeric, dhania powder, coconut and poppy seeds. 3.

Heat oil and add vadium 4. When vadium turns brown add onions and fry for 4 minutes. 5. Add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. 6. Add green pepper and masala 7. Add corriander leaves 8. Cook on low heat (should take around 15 minutes) Recipe By : Somesh Rao
