I've recently discovered the Green Giant Harvest Burgers for Recipes - crumbles which come in a zip-lock bag ready to add to whatever. Very convenient! They are fat-free and high-fiber. ⅔ cup have 15 grams of protein, 90 calories. I find them great in chili - just made a huge pot in about 10 minutes. This is what I used: I tend to make chili with more vegetables than most recipes call for so it is like a chili vegetable soup - I also add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc. - whatever I happen to have, but the above ingredients are usually my minimum.
