Green giant harvest burgers crumbles chili

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ \N Bag Harvest Burger crumbles
1 can Stewed tomatoes
1 can RoTel tomatoes with chilis
1 can Beans of your choice; (tonight I am using pinto beans cooked from dry) (up to 2)
1 cup Frozen corn; (up to 2)
\N \N Chili powder and salt to taste
3 \N Carrots; chopped (up to 4)
3 \N Stalks of celery; chopped (up to 4)
1 \N Onion; chopped
½ large Green pepper; chopped
2 cups Water or until consistency is what you want; (up to 3)

I've recently discovered the Green Giant Harvest Burgers for Recipes - crumbles which come in a zip-lock bag ready to add to whatever. Very convenient! They are fat-free and high-fiber. ⅔ cup have 15 grams of protein, 90 calories. I find them great in chili - just made a huge pot in about 10 minutes. This is what I used: I tend to make chili with more vegetables than most recipes call for so it is like a chili vegetable soup - I also add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc. - whatever I happen to have, but the above ingredients are usually my minimum.
