Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (3-oz) cream cheese |
3 tablespoons | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
3 drops | Freshly squeezed lemon juice or vinegar; more or less |
¼ teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
\N \N | Grated onion (optional) |
Peel, pit, and mash avocado. Mix with remaining ingredients and blend well.
Add grated onion, if desired. Chill before serving. Yield: 1 cup.
