green beans in wine sauce

MeasureIngredient
4 cups Green beans, cooked
3 slices Bacon -- diced
1 medium Onion -- sliced
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
3 tablespoons Tarragon vinegar
½ cup Sherry

Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
