Green bean salad with walnut dressing

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Green beans
10 \N Walnut halves, toasted and chopped
4 tablespoons Walnut oil
½ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 \N Garlic clove
\N \N Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Drain and chill immediately.

Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.

Immediately before serving, toss the beans in the dressing and remove the garlic clove. Yield: 12 servings. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@...
