3 pounds | Green beans |
10 \N | Walnut halves, toasted and chopped |
4 tablespoons | Walnut oil |
½ cup | Vegetable oil |
¼ cup | Red wine vinegar |
1 \N | Garlic clove |
\N \N | Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain and chill immediately.
Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
