In a food processor, puree the walnuts, garlic and bread until the mixture is 'mealy' but not pureed. Add the lemon juice, then, with the motor running, add the olive oil in a thin stream, just until the desired consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir through the parsley, basil and toasted walnuts and serve.
