There is a wonderful product which can be found in the spice section of most grocer's called CAVENDER'S ALL-PURPOSE GREEK SEASONING ("A Tantalizing Taste Treat"), billing itself as "an ancient Greek Formula. I use it a lot, and one of the easiest, quickest ways is the following appetizer: Shake some seasoning mix into the cream cheese - taste - and keep doing it, until it's delicious. (Add the finely minced sweet bell pepper, if you like). Spread the mixture evenly at medium-thickness onto flour tortillas.
Roll the tortilla up tightly, and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for several hours. Remove wrap, and slice into ½" pinwheels and arrange on a serving tray. YUM YUM!
