Greek hot dog sauce

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Ground beef
3 tablespoons Cooking oil
3 \N Chopped onions
2 \N Cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 tablespoons Cumin powder
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Hot pepper flakes
1½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Cold water

Fry ground beef, onions and garlic in oil until beef is done. Then add remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered till thick. (2 - 4 hours) Note: I use 1 teaspoon of hot pepper flakes.
