6 eaches 5-oz skinless chicken breasts; cooked and diced
1 each Tomato; diced
1 small Cucumber; peeled, seeded, & diced
2 eaches Green onions; chopped
1 small Green pepper; diced
½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 cloves Finely minced garlic
1 teaspoon Oregano

DRESSING

Combine salad ingredients.

Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad ingredients.
