| 1 small | Cucumber; peeled, seeded, & diced |
| 2 eaches | Green onions; chopped |
| 1 small | Green pepper; diced |
| ½ cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
| ¼ cup | Fresh lemon juice |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 cloves | Finely minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | Oregano |
DRESSING
Combine salad ingredients.
Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad ingredients.
