Here are two recipes from the Pork Council: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes) Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients, refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. Spoon some sauce over grilled chops to serve and serve remaining sauce on side.
