Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N America's Cut (1-1/2-inch-thick boneless center loin pork chops)
4 tablespoons Olive oil
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dry rosemary; crumbled
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
1 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
¾ teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
½ \N Thinly sliced cucumber
2 tablespoons Sliced green onion

Here are two recipes from the Pork Council: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes) Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients, refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. Spoon some sauce over grilled chops to serve and serve remaining sauce on side.
