Grated sweet potato pudding

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Grated sweet potatoes
1 cup Cane syrup
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
½ cup Butter
3 \N Eggs
½ cup Chopped nuts
1 cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Cloves

Melt butter in a heavy, oven-proof skillet. Mix all ingredients together.

Pour mixture into the hot pan of butter, stir until heated. Put skillet in 350 degrees oven and bake. When crusted around edge and top, turn under and let the crust form again. Do this twice, allowing the last to remain on sides and top, about 40 minutes. Serve with sweetened cream or ice cream.
