Grasshopper pie (from arkansas)

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Crumbs from very large chocolate wafer cookies
¼ cup Melted butter
25 larges Marshmallows
⅔ cup Heavy cream (up to)
5 tablespoons Green Creme de Menthe (up to)
4 tablespoons White Creme de Cacao
1 cup Heavy cream; whipped

Reserve 2 tablespoons crumbs. Make pie crust out of remaining chocolate wafer crumbs and the melted butter. Chill crust. Combine marshmallows and ⅔ cup cream. Put over very low heat, stirring until marshmallows melt; cool. Fold in liqueurs and the whipped cream. Pour into chilled shell.

Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Freeze until quite firm. Be sure pie is frozen before cutting.
