Soak gelatin in water. Dissolve over hot water; add vanilla. Whip Milnot until it holds stiff peaks. Gradually whip in gelatin mixture.
Beat egg yolks; blend in milk. Fold into whipped Milnot mixture. Add cookies. Pour into foil lined pan. Freeze.
