1 cup | Grapes; Tokay or Malaga; seeded |
3 cups | Cabbage; shredded |
1½ teaspoon | Salt; |
⅛ teaspoon | Black pepper; |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice; freshly squeeze |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise; |
\N \N | Lettuce head; |
\N \N | Grapes; whole; for garnish |
Combine grapes, cabbage, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with additional whole fresh grapes, if desired.
