Granola crunch

Yield: 2 quarts

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Oats
1½ cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup Flaked coconut
½ cup Sunflower seeds (seedless)
½ cup Wheat germ
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can Sweetened, condensed milk
\N \N (NOT evaporated milk)
¼ cup Vegetable oil
2 cups Dried banana chips
2 cups Raisins

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine oats, nuts, coconut, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, milk and oil in a large bowl. Mix well. Spread evenly in an aluminum-foil-lined pan.

Bake 55 to 60 min., stirring every 15 mins. Remove pan from oven and stir in banana chips and raisins. Cool before serving.
