¾ cup | Brown sugar |
¼ cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Egg substitute; (or one regular egg) |
1½ teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 cup | Granola |
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray 8" baking pan with cooking spray. Melt margarines in saucepan over low heat. Add brown and white sugars to melted margarine and mix until sugars are dissolved. Stir in egg substitute and vanilla. Mix until blended. Add flour, baking powder, and granol, and mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely and cut into squares.
